Initial session and choosing to work together
I offer a free initial consultation on the phone or online to see if I can meet your needs. We can then have our first session, either in-person in Newbury, Winchester or online. This is chance for you to experience how I work and for us to see if we are a fit for working together. There is no obligation for you to continue after this session.
Fees
From £65 for individual therapy sessions. I have a set number of reduced-fee places, which are subject to availability.
Timing and frequency
I offer sessions of 50 minutes or 60 minutes. I typically see clients once a week.
Newbury, Winchester, Online
I offer in-person appointments during the day in Newbury and Winchester. My practice rooms are in central locations easily reachable by public transport with parking available near-by.
